95% of our lives are Spillover!

95% of our words and actions are not mistakes, they are an overflow of our hearts. Very little of our lives are premeditated. So 95 percent of what we say and do is who we really are. We like to think of all the mistakes that we made last year that we are not going to make this year because we think deep inside there is a good and sincere person who makes mistakes. No. Deep inside there is a heart that is always full that always overflows 95% of our waking moments and that is why we will make the same “mistakes” we made last year unless we do two things.
1. Guard our hearts with all diligence for out of the heart flow the issues of life – Proverbs 4:23…DAILY
2. We not be conformed to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds that we may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God – Romans 12:2…DAILY
The only people who truly make a lot of honest mistakes are very young children.

MY KING by Chuck Missler

My King  by Chuck Missler

 He is the King of the Jews
   He is the King of Israel
But Hes also
   King of all the Ages;
   King of Heaven;
   King of Glory;
   King of Kings;
      ..and Lord of Lords.

He is
   a prophet before Moses;
   a priest after Melchizedek;
   a champion like Joshua;
   an offering in place of Isaac;
   a king from the line of David;
   a counselor above Solomon;
   beloved, rejected, and exalted
      like Joseph;
and yet far more...

The Heavens declare His glory...
   and the firmament shows
      His handiwork.
He who is, who was, and who always will be;
The first and the last
   He is the Alpha and Omega
      the Aleph and the Tau
         the A and the Z;
He is the ego eimi,

the
      the "I AM that I AM"

The voice of the burning bush
   the Captain of the Lord's Host
      the conqueror of Jericho
He is our Kinsman-Redeemer
   and He is our Avenger of Blood;
      and He is our City of Refuge;

He was crucified on a cross of wood;
   Yet He made the hill
      on which it stood.
By Him were all things made
      that were made;
   without Him was not anything made
      that was made;
By Him are all things held together!
In Him dwells
   the fullness of the Godhead bodily;
      The very God of very God.

He became
   the first fruits of them that slept.
He is our Performing High Priest;
   Our Personal Prophet;
      Our Reigning King.
He is enduringly strong;
      entirely sincere;
         eternally steadfast;
He is imperially powerful;
   immortally graceful;
      impartially merciful;
He stands alone in Himself:
   He's unique,
      pre-eminent,
         supreme,
            unparalleled:

He's the Loftiest idea
      in Literature;
He's the highest Personality
   in Philosophy;
He's the Fundamental Doctrine
   of Theology;
He's the Supreme Problem
   in "higher criticism"!
He's the Son of God!

There is no means of measuring
   his limitless love:
It was written in blood,
   on that wooden cross
      erected in Judea
         2,000 years ago.

He was born of a woman
   so that we could be born of God;
He humbled Himself
   so that we could be lifted up;
He became a servant
   so that we could be made joint-heirs;
He suffered rejection
   so that we could become His friends;
He denied Himself
   so that we could freely receive all things;
He gave Himself
   so that He could bless us in every way.

He
   is Available to the tempted and the tried;
   Blesses the young;
   Cleanses the lepers;
   Defends the feeble;
   Delivers the captives;
   Discharges the debtors;
   Forgives the sinners;
   Franchises the meek;
   Guards the besieged;
   Heals the sick;
   Provides strength to the weak;
   Regards the aged;
   Rewards the diligent;
   Serves the unfortunate;
   Sympathizes and He saves!

His Offices are many;
His Reign is righteous;
His Promises are certain;
His Goodness is limitless;
His Light is matchless;
His Love never changes;
His Grace is sufficient;
His Mercy is everlasting;
His Word is enough;
His Yoke is easy and
   His Burden is light!

He's indescribable;
He's incomprehensible;
He's irresistable;
He's invinceable!
The Heaven of heavens
   cannot contain Him;
Man cannot explain Him
The Pharisees couldn't stand Him
   but soon learned
      that they couldn't stop Him;
They railroaded Him
   through 6 illegal trials,
      and yet
The witnesses couldn't agree against Him
   and the personal representative
      of the ruler of the world,
         couldn't find any fault with Him;
Herod couldn't kill Him
   death couldn't handle Him
      the grave couldn't hold Him!
He has always been and always will be;
   He had no predecessor and
      will have no successor;
You can't impeach Him and
   he isn't going to resign!

His name is above every name;
   That at the name of Yeshua
Every knee shall bow
   Every tongue shall confess
That Jesus Christ is Lord!
His is the kingdom,
   and the power,
      and the glory...
         for ever, and ever.
Hallelujah! ...and Amen!

This is how it happens

We send our children off to temples of humanism and expose them daily to the humanistic faith.  A religion is just a different view of metaphysics, epistemology and ethics, if it is not Christian, it is another.  University professors that hate God and mock Christianity teach our children that their conscience is some left over evil thing from a bygone era when we were religious and they need to get rid of it to fully succeed and enjoy life.  By the end of their first year in college, 80% of children raised in Evangelical Christian homes apostatize…The youth pastor thinks Rob Bell is cool…enter Lady Gaga. Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and forever. My passion, my hope, my prayer is that there is yet a generation that will fear God right in the midst of the tidal wave of what we have redefined ourselves to be, believe and tolerate.

Gardening 2013. Been a Great Season!

                                                    WHAT SHALL WE DO?   By Anna

                                                     What shall we do for George's birthday,
                                                      It is almost George's birthday,
                                                      Give him a ball that says "Penn"
                                                       No, that's more useless than a hen.

                                                        What shall we for Jules' birthday,
                                                         It is almost Jules' birthday,
                                                         Give him a ball, from off the wall,
                                                         No, that would not do at all.

                                                          What shall we do for Lindsie's birthday,
                                                           It is almost Lindsie's birthday,
                                                           Give her a flower, for half an hour,
                                                           No, that would make her cross and sour.

                                                            What shall we do for Anthony's birthday,
                                                             It is almost Anthony's birthday,
                                                             How about give him a cobra snake,
                                                             Think of all the effort it would take!

                                                              What shall we do for Esther's birthday,
                                                               It is almost Esther's birthday,
                                                               Give her a canary, and then call Carrie,
                                                               Yes! That would make her very merry.

                                                              What shall we do for these children's birthdays,
                                                               Send them away for a week and a mirthday,
                                                               And when they arrive from their roam,
                                                                Welcome them with open arms to their home.

                                                                                     THE END

Raising Boys

Raising boys. I send them outside, I don’t drug them. Yes, let them be rough I am not afraid of band aids.

Feminists and their male enablers have slowly but surely destroyed what used to be a man. We raise our daughters to compete fiercely with anything and everything that looks like a man and no…no. Girls cannot do everything that a man can do. There are a few loud ones, loud and angry holed up in the Ivy league tower of theory and thesis who quickly punish any that object to a woman on the front line. Some of them have been seen behind the high gates of tenure, waiting eagerly to humiliate any young women who might entertain a love for husband and child above self-fulfillment and self-indulgence and self-discovery and how to love myself even more. But there is an antithesis: God made the woman for the man and the man is from woman and they need one another and the state cannot replace the now easily disposable men.

What are we Christian women teaching and modeling to our sons and daughters? Titus 2 or the Feminist experiment? We are indeed surrounded by a colossal failure of this experiment and yet we press on in the face of the havoc it has wrecked on the family. I teach my sons that character, courage, honor is to be valued far above self-centeredness and mesmerizing buttons to push. Jesus, Moses and Elijah talked with God as a man speaks to his friend..I want my sons to know God and prepare daily to be men that can love their wives and disciple their children in the faith. I want them to look to Christ, not the backstreet boys…or who is hot today?

What am I saying to my girls? Go out, have fun, use protection and cover the tracks of your sin at all cost, we will make sure you have access to the morning after pill or the months later procedure, get your heart broken a dozen times but you are a strong and powerful young woman..fly…Twelve men may use and discard you but hopefully you find one that is tired of using and discarding and you can settle together for as long as you can stand each other. There is a God in Heaven and as the poet said, the mills of God grind slowly, yet they grind exceeding small. Somebody dropped the ball a long time ago and today we are surrounded by dysfunction and we are trying to fund it away..or we could wake up and not ask “how high” when the national organization of women says “jump”.
