Art Class: Giotto di Bondone: Wrath and Temperance. 1306

Grandfather Thomas from The Little Britches series by Ralph Moody: The Fields of Home: a man who let rage and foolish anger destroy precious relationships with brothers, nephews and housekeepers whom he desperately needed and loved.
James 1:19-20, Eph 4:26-31, Proverbs 2911, Proverbs 19:11, Ecclesiastes 7:9, Proverbs 15:18, Colossians 3:8, Proverbs 16:32, Proverbs 22:24.
Ralph Moody learns to deal with a wrathful, difficult relative... The Fields of Home in which the ever swearing grandpa aggravates Ralph calling him a “tarnal fool boy” as uncle Levi tries to keep the peace. Grandpa also does not like new inventions which he calls “tarnal contraptions” as they must not outdo him. Actually, nobody is allowed to out-anything, grandpa. Millie the cook has had it, no more victuals and real dynamite is flying. Ralph who does not like to be called Ralphy is agitated but he must must stir his stivers for times are a flying!
